Shipping Policy

Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states from US warehouses.

Standard shipping: $4.99, free on orders of $50 or more. Orders usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days.
Express shipping: $15, usually 1 to 3 business days.
Subscription deliveries ship free.

Orders placed before 12 pm Central on a business day are usually handed to the carrier the same or next business day. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel ships.

International

We do not ship outside the United States yet. Join the email list on our home page and we will tell you when that changes.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, or the parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived within 2 days, use our contact form with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Address changes

Use our contact form as soon as possible. We can change the address until the order ships; after that, the carrier controls delivery.
