These Terms govern your use of stryp.co (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by Conduit Ventures, LLC, doing business as Stryp ("Stryp", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Products

Stryp sells laundry detergent sheets for household laundry use. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Follow the usage directions on the box. Stryp is not intended for any other use.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

All products are subject to availability. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. By placing an order you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown. If we find a pricing or listing error we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Guarantee and refunds

Eligible orders are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, measured from delivery.

6. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You may skip, change or cancel at any time before a renewal is processed from your account or any subscription email. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. See our Subscription Policy.

7. Promotions

Discounts and promotions may be changed or ended at any time and, unless stated, cannot be combined.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant Stryp a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display and reproduce it for marketing and business purposes. We may remove content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

All Site content, including the Stryp name, wordmark, slash device, packaging design, photography and copy, is owned by or licensed to Stryp and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, interfere with security or performance, or post malware, spam or deceptive content.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Stryp against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Houston, Texas, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site means you accept them.
