Subscription Policy

Subscriptions

Status: subscriptions are coming soon and are not open yet. Every order today is a one-time purchase, and no subscription price or discount is available until launch. The terms below will apply once subscriptions open.

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize recurring charges at the price and delivery interval shown at checkout. The first-order price and the price of every delivery after it are both shown before you place the order, and again in the email we send before each renewal.

Skip, delay, swap or cancel

You can skip a delivery, change the date, switch between Stryp Light and Stryp Dark, change quantity, or cancel from your account or from the link in any subscription email. Changes made before a renewal has been processed apply to that renewal. There is no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee.

Renewal reminders

We email you before each charge with the date, the amount and a one-click skip link.

Refunds

Your first delivery is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If a renewal has already been charged and you did not mean to keep it, use our contact form within 7 days of the charge and before it ships, and we will cancel and refund it.
