Try Stryp for 30 days. If you are not happy for any reason, use our contact form within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your first order. No return required. We are not taking back used laundry sheets; keep the box.

What is covered

• Your first order of each Stryp formula (Light or Dark), whether bought one-time or as the first delivery of a subscription.
• One satisfaction refund per formula per customer.
• The price you paid for the eligible product. Shipping paid separately is not refunded unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to request a refund

Use our contact form within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Telling us what went wrong helps us improve, but it is optional. We reply within one business day.

When your refund arrives

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Use our contact form with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. Choose a free replacement or a full refund including shipping. The one-refund limit does not apply to damaged or incorrect orders.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe, the guarantee covers your first delivery. Later deliveries can be skipped, delayed or cancelled any time before they ship; see our Subscription Policy.
